a. Note:   Will Bk 13 page 352 written 3-14-1853 probated 3-1853 I, Elizabeth B Flynn of my own free will and being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last will and testament . First I will that I be buried decently after which I desiree all my funeral and all other debts to be paid out of my efeects. Second I will and bequeth my property , real and personal, all of it to my sister , Nancy Jane Flynn and Dulcenia Bush giving to my sister, MArtha Flynn a home with them as long as she desires of get married . Witness my hand and seal this 4th day of March 1853.
