Note: Marraiage bond 1837 Know All Men By these Presents, That we John Flynn and John Hulette are held firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of # 50 to the payment whereof well and truly to be made , we bind ourselves , our heirs & jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 4th day of February 1837. The Condition of the above is such that whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be solomized between the above bound John Flynn and Permilla Moore of this county. Now shall it always hereafter appear, that these is no just cause to obstruct the said marriage then the above obligation be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
