Note: Obit Mrs. Minnie Riley , 309 S Wilson , 72 , one of Chanutes pioneer residents , died Tuesday eveing at 5;30 pm at the home of her daughter , Mrs. Joe Baker . 516 N Central . Mrs. Riley was born 7-10-1865 in Hamilton County Kentucky, She came to kansas as a small child with her parents , locating on a farm in Dickerson Co Ks near Abilene. She married William H Riley , Oct. 2 , 1186, at Chanute where they spent the remainder of their lives. Mr. Riley died 3-21-1923 Funeral services to be held at First Christian Church , Burial will be at Elmwood.
