Note: Will Bk 6 page 215 written 8-24-1918 I James A Flynn of Frankfort Franklin County Ky being of sound mind and disposing memory , do make and publish this my last will and testament. Item 1 I will and bequeath that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid Item 2 I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy C Flynn , my undivided half interest in my farm (that I own jointly with Walter Flynn) for and during her natural life or so long as she remains my widow, to be managed and looked after by my son Walter Flynn, for her sole use and benefit, and if there is a disagreement between my wife and my son, said farm is to be sold and my said wife is to take a childs part, And in addition she is to be paid the sum of two hundred , which I owe her, all the personal property is to be manged and controlled by my son Walter Flynn, for the use and the benefit of my said wife. Item 3 I will and bequeath that at the death of my wife all of my property is to be sold and divided between my children and their descendants , share and share alike, the descendants taking the interest of their parents would recieve.
