Note: will book b4 page 117 written 12-12-1885 I, Mahala Merchant being of sound mind and disposining memory, but feeble health and being ever mindful of the uncertainty of life do hereby make,publish and declare this is my last will and testament . First, I give that all my just debts be paid. Second , I give and bequeth to my beloved sister , Nancy Merchant , all of my estate real, personal and mixed to dispose of as she may desire proper.
