Note: NI1246 Mrs. Helen M. McDonald, 91, of the Middletown Home, and formerly of Highspire, Pa., died on Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, at the home. She was a member of Seven Sorrows Catholic Church, Middletown. She was the widow of Lawrence A. McDonald Sr. Surviving are her sons, James L. of Palm Harbor, Fla., John P. of Mechanicsburg and Lawrence A.
