In 1850, there is an Ann McCormick in Burlington, PA (where Martin and Nicholas O'Neill worked and John O'Neill lived) who had a son named Nicholas. Mary Mullin went on to marry Nicholas's son James, but unable to connect the McCormicks with the family. Believe this McCormick child to be their granddaughter. Named spelled as Oneal. Update - 09/20/2007 - Found a John McCormick family living in household 150 in Cherry Township, Sullivan, PA in the 1850 census. Next door neighbor to a one David Cullen and family. Quite possibly Mary McCormick is the child of John McCormick. Neighbors from Ireland or kin? Ironically this family lived closed to Peter Myers, who later went on to marry Mary "Molly" O'Neill, after the death of his wife, Ellen.
