a. Note:   December 15, 1904 - Niles Daily Star, page 2 MRS. F. L. TAGGART Pioneer Resident of Niles Passes Peacefully Away Mrs. F. L. Taggart died this morning at 3:30 o'clock at her home, 401 South Fourth street, aged 80 years. Death came entirely unexpectedly, the deceased passing away while peacefully sleeping. Mrs. Taggart was born in Hamilton, N.Y. and came to Niles 45 years ago, where she has since resided. Her husband died 13 years ago. The deceased is survived by five children, viz, Mrs. Wm. Lewis of Independence, Mo., Mrs. Wm. Huntington of Birmingham, Ala., Arthur Taggart, Mrs. Lola J. Welsher and Mrs. A. M. Knox of this place. Mrs. Taggart was a woman who possessed many estimable qualities and she was highly regarded by all who knew her.
