a. Note:   Louisa bought property in the town of Sidney, Nebraska after Larman's death. On December 8, 1891 she bought a frame house which faced north, one block from the courthouse for $350.00. (Lot 5, Block 21) On January 16, 1892 Louisa took a mortgage on this property in the amount of $137.50. The mortgage was for one year at the rate of 10%. This property was sold on February 13, 1894 for $400.00. The mortgage release was filed on 2-28-1894. _____________ Louisa was listed in Denver City Directory in 1894 at 1220 Lafayette and 1897-1900 at 630 4th Avenue. _____________ The Colorado State Archives hold patient records for the Arapahoe County Poor Hospital. Louise Taggart, age 75, b. KY is listed in 1898 on page 227, record 43. Death certificate lists residence in Denver as 13 years. Cause of death is listed as bronchitis. Undertakers - Waters & Simpson. _____ Louisa's grave in Fairmount Cemetery is unmarked. Section 14, Lot 30, Block 18.
