Notes
a. Note:   oth his parents passed away before his 8th birthday in 1692. Adam moved away from Leiberstung and eventually settled in Gamshurst and married. He raised his family there, where he lived until his death in 1752. The notation in the Registry of Marriages for Adam Schuh clearly states that he was from Leiberstung ("ex Leiberstum") Sources are the microfilmed records of the LDS library for the parish of Schwarzach, community of Leiberstung (reel #'s 999033, births; 0999037 marriages.) and Gamshurst (reel #958348, births, deaths, and marriages 1655-1739). During the time frame 1717-1732 in the baptism books, the name Schuh is spelled in these variations.........."Schue" and "Schuch". Adam's name was spelled as Schuch when first noted. It is highly likely that Adam met up with his uncle, Nicholas Schuh, from Leiberstung, who also moved to Gamshurst and raised his family. Nicholas Schuh is the younger brother of John George Schuh of Leiberstung who died at the age of 32, the father of Adam Schuh.
Note:   !Born in Leiberstung in the parish of Schwarzach, Adam's young life was became chaotic when b
