Note: Notes of Nina Knights. Mentioned in the 1881 census of Denham, but is absent from the 1891census of Hoxne. Letter to Nina Knights from Alice Watson: "Aunt Alice was the second one she married Ernest Asford of Rickinghall about 1900 or a little later and had two children. She died of cancer aged 39, her little boy was only 8 years old and the little girl Elsie was 3 years old. Ernest if he is still alive is somewhere in Canada he went out there years ago, married and has never returned, his father was killed in the First World War."
