Note: Sarah neaver married and spent 20 to 25 years in the asylum in Nashville TN It is said that while Sarah was in the asylum she took an old bed spring and made a key out of it and let her self out along with many others at the asylum. The story goes that they found her walking toward South Tennessee and picked her up and took her back to the asylum. This story was told to me by Harvey Likens. Mr. Likens has some beautiful baskets that Sarah made. The family trade at that time was basket & chair making.
