Note: NOTES: Diana was a remarkable woman that always had a smile on her face and never complained despite her pain and suffering.
MEDICAL:
Breast, lung and ovarian cancer. Diabeties, and Iritis. Dialysis catheter - 3 Nov 1999
She passed away 1 week after starting dialysis, she was only 59.
DEATH: CAUSE OF DEATH:
Acute pulmonary edema 1 hr, congestive heart failure 3 months, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease 4 yrs
DEATH: OTHER SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS CONTRIBUTING TO DEATH BUT NOT RELATED TO CAUSE:
Renal failure - requiring dialysis, COPD, history of lung, breast and ovarian cancer.
