"One of the interesting things here was that William Story and Phineas Robinson were notable bear hunters. Their names often appear as viewers on what probably were the most rugged roads. Records show that they were difficult to locate and had to be served with repeated notices to do the task to which they had been assigned." BIOGRAPHY: Doris Pendleton says that there is a Story Creek near DeQueen, Arkansas named after William Story.
