  The official cause of Herman's death was Cardiogenic Shock. This was declared by H.R. Jones who was the Ch. Dep. Coroner - no Autopsy was performed.
 He died at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Lower Paxton Township, P.A.
  Herman left not only his daughter, Mary Evelyn, but also 5 sisters and 2 brothers:
  -Mrs. June Frank: residing in Wilcox, Pennsylvania - Mrs. Evelyn Imbrogno: residing in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania - Mrs. Mildred Dougherty: residing in Kane - Mrs. Donna Ritter: residing in Bradford - Mrs. Joyce Dietz: residing in Mass - Mr. George Nelson: residing in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania - Mr. Darlington Nelson: residing in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania He also left 3 Grandchildren.
