Note: m. Wednesday, September 13, 1967 in J. C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Hu ntingdon, where he had been a patient for the past three weeks. He had be en ill for the past two months.Price was born July 7, 1895, at Shade Gap, a son of Samuel H. and Ida B. ( Snyder) Price and was united in marriage to Irene Ramsey, October 3, 192 2, in Huntingdon.Surviving are his wife, one son, Derwood Price, Woodbury, N.J., one daught er, Bernice Price, at home, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Jessie Flashe r, Mount Union; Mrs. Dorcas Cutshall, Hawaii; Cloyd Price, Bellefonte; Jos eph Price, Shade Gap; Mrs. Marie Secrest, Chambersburg and Cecil Price.He was a member of the Shade Gap Methodist Church, was a veteran of Wor ld War I, having serviced in France and was a member of Standing Stone Po st No. 1754, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Huntingdon.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 16, from Cla rk funeral home, Mount Union, with the Rev. Frank S. Crawford officiatin g. Interment will be made in Haven Rest Memorial Park, Shirleysburg
