Note: 1 June 1874 at Burnt Cabins, PA. He was a son of James L. & Margaret (Cisney) Waters. He was married first to Ella Price, from Shade Gap, Huntingdon County, PA. She died in May, 1933. He was married a second time, to Lucy Jane Campbell, Burnt Cabins, PA. She died 2 October 1964. He was buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Shade Gap, PA. (Source: Obituary)
