The horse was kicked by the other, received a broken leg and had to be shot. Llewellyn Watkins died at his late home in Coles Valley (Robertsdale R. D.) this Tuesday morning, Dec. 4, 1951, at 7:15 o'clock.He had been ill several weeks.He was born July 17, 1872 in Coles Valley and was a son of Watkin Watkins and Margaret (Morgan) Watkins. At the time of death he was aged 79 years, 4 months and 17 days.For 50 years Mr. Watkins was a coal miner and operated a farm near Joller. He retired a number of years ago.He is survied by his wife Annis (Chilcote) Watkins and the following children: Charles Watkins, Clarence Watkins and Mrs. Pauline Houck, all of Robertsdale R. D; Harry Watkins of Three Springs R. D; and Mrs. Elsie Leabhart of Wood. One daughter Hazel (Mrs. Paul Walker), is deceased. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one brother and three sisters: William Watkiins of Robersdale R. D., Mrs. Helen Stake of Saltillo, Mrs. Emma Tedeshi of Huntingdon and Mrs. Nora Bradley of Meadville.Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, Dev. 7 at 2 o'clock at the McClain funeral home in Cassville, with the Rev. Robert Meisky of the Cassville Bible Protestant Church ant the Rev Louis Barth of the Three Springs Methodist Church, officiating.
