Note: y of Huntingdon and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at anytime heretofore made. AND FIRST: I hereby order and direct that the cost of settlement of my estate, the medical and funeral expenses, my just debts and all inheritance tax which may be due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on my entire estate be paid as soon as may conveniently be done after my decease. SECOND: I hereby and direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to purchase and have erected a suitable headstone at my grave unless a suitable monument has already been erected during my lifetime. THIRD: All residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of every nature and kind and whatsoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath absolutely into my beloved wife, Bertha J. Price. FOURTH: In the event that my wife, the said Bertha J. Price, should predecease me or in the event that we should die in a common disaster, then I give, devise and bequeath absolutely all the residue of my estate, of every nature and kind and whatsoever situate unto my seven (7) children, Hazel G. Norris, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Clair W. Price, Orbisonia, Pennsylvania, Ira J. Price, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Edna M. Britt, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Carl D. Price, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Ned A. Price, Shade Gap, Pennsylvania, and Guy O. Price, Shade Gap, Pennsylvania, share and share alike. LASTLY, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Hazel G. Norris, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, to be the Executrix of this, my last Will and Testament. In the event that she should predecease me or if, for any reason, she should be unable to serve as my Executrix at any time during the administration of my estate, then I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Clair W. Price, Orbisonia, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor of this, my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, WILLIAM C. PRICE, the Testator, have to this, my last Will and Testament, typewritten on one side only of two (2) sheets of paper, to the first sheet thereof having subscribed my name for the purpose of identification, subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 8th day of July, 1950.
