a. Note:   Obituary - Lila Pearl Stamm LAKE CITY - Lila Pearl Stamm of Lake City died Monday, May 30, 2005 at Munson Medical Center. She was 64. She was born in Flint on Aug. 4, 1940 to Alfred and Jenny (Brague) McClain. She married Earl Stamm on June 6, 1959 in Mount Morris. Mrs. Stamm enjoyed bowling and crafts. Her family was No. 1 in her life. She worked at the Family Independent Agency for 26 years. Survivors include her husband, Earl "Hubby"; children, Tony and Linda Stamm of Florida, Troy and Genia Stamm of Flint, Tracy and Denise Stamm of Buckley, and Kelly Stamm of Cadillac; brothers, Glen McClain and Chester Clark, both of Mount Morris, and Chuck McClain of Pennsylvania; sisters, Rosemary Daniels of Ohio and Laura Lee Chapman of Fenton; and 14 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathrine Marie; brother, Roger; and sister, Dorothy. Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Young Funeral Home in Lake City, with Rev. William Markham officiating. Burial is at Montrose Township Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
