 According to family lore, Grandpa & Grandma met while walking along the railroad track in Heard County, Ga.....Grandpa had just been released from prison for making moonshine(1910 U.S. Federal Census, shows Charley Arthur listed as an inmate @@ The Heard County Prison Camp)....
 One family story says that Grandma got tired of Grandpa making "shine" and staying gone for days. So she snuck down to his still and filled his brew full of epsom salt....a few days later Grandpa was seen crawling out of the woods....everytime he tried to stand up, well, you can guess what happened....
