Note: d in 1911. All her sisters were married. This left her with her five br others, the oldest being only sixteen, and the youngest only seven. She pa cked up all their possions and moved west. At first they settled in Fann in County, Texas. Then they relocated to Slaton Texas. There she s et up housekeeping with her five brothers: James Lincoln, William Brya n, Albert Hammilton, Robert Kirby, and Homer Samuel. She was a mother to all her brothers until they married and had homes of t heri own. She then made her home with her brother ALbert Hamilton and h is wife, Thelma. She lived with them and helped take care of their fami ly until she had to enter a nursing home in GUnter, Tx.
