Note: writes: BIRTH: "(Bible lists his name as "Abham") was born in the year of our Lord April 17, 1852". BIRTH: She also writes: BIRTH: He was 4th and last child of Jim and Granny that was born in Virginia. He was listed at home with parents on 1870 Surry Co. census. Abraham did not show on 1880 census, but evidently was still living in 1882 when his brother Isaac died 4 Sept in that year. An "A.H. Jackson" m. a Mary Carson in Surry Co., NC in 1879. I haven't gotten the marriage record yet, but this may be Abraham Jackson.
