OnFriday, June 1, 2007, Jeff and Elaine Left their earthlybonds to meettheir Heavenly Father, after a tragic accident in DianaNew York. Theyloved traveling across country on their motorcycle andthey died doingwhat they loved most, being together.They leave behinda daughterKelley, sonin-law Greg Griffith, and two granddaughters,Kelsey andBrittany Griffith of Dadeville AL. One son Jeffery DavidHendricks whois currently serving in the U. S. Navy on board of theUSS Harry S.Truman in Norfolk VA. Jeff leaves behind a mother, LucileHendricks ofDadeville AL. one brother, Harold (Virginia) Hendricks ofDadevilleAl, two sisters, Jean Hitson of Foley AL, Glenda HouseholderofMillbrook AL, numerous family members and friends. Jeff wasprecededin death by his father J. D. Hendricks. Elaine leaves amother,Frances Berger and step-father Nolan Berger of Lapine, Al., andabrother Clarence Lee (Joann) Hall of Montgomery, Al. Elainewaspreceded by her father Clarence William Hall. The family willreceivefriends on Wednesday evening June 6,2007 from 6:00 P.M. until8:00P.M. at Gassett Funeral Home.
