a. Note:   Note: The 1910 Dallas Co., TX Census spelled the name DROUGHN.It lists Luther and Florence, a little girl age 5, named Beuthial, and a son George age 2. Married 6 years, 2nd marriage for both, they show having had 3 children, 2 of whom survive. The child who died would have been born between Beuthial and George. Robert Luther's 3 children by Faye Allen- William Webster, Lillie Loraine & Guy Edward are listed as stepchildren. The 3 children of Robert Luther Draughon and Fay Allen; Wm. Webster, Lillie and Guy; were ill treated during their childhood. Robert Luther remarried almost immediately after their mother's death, and the 3 siblings were shuffled from one relative, or stranger, after the other. Webb lived at lest a part of the time with a Van Zandt Co., Sherriff Robert Crane , he spent his teen years with Mr. Crane. .
 Lillie was raised for the most part by a nurse named Ms Menefee, all three suffered at the hands of an Aunt named 'Clare(?). Webb, our grandfather spoke of being tied to a tree to be whipped by 'Clare.
 When Luther was already an old man, the two met and made amends of some sort, but no permanent relationship existed.
