a. Note:   Fay Allen and Gerthy Allen also received land from their mother's estate at the time of her death in 1886. The Deed recorded in Book 49, pages 575-577, lists the entire amount that was in her estate
 but it seems to be parcels of 60 acres each, and refers to other interest and belongings as being
 included. The Deed of Record listed above states that on Jan. 15th, 1894, both Fay and Gerthy, and their husbands sold their land back to their father T.A. Allen for $200.00 cash received.
 Fay died in childbirth, along with the baby, when her oldest son William Webster was about 5 years old. She is reported to be buried in the Allen Enaz Oakes Cem., but no marker exists today; although
 there is an unmarked grave with an infant grave beside it in that cemetery.
