Ala., and Daniel Murff, Samuel Murff and Louisa Murff, and
Elizabeth Murff, formerly, now Elizabeth Osborne, and her
Husband, Wm. Osborne, who are the children and heirs of said
Daniel Murff, dec�d, sold to Bryant Avery, land in T20 R6,
In which said Daniel, Samuel, Louisa, and Elizabeth Murff,
Had equal interests together with their brothers, Jeremiah and
Cornelius; and Nancy Murff had a widow�s dower or third
�and Samuel Murff has become the purchaser of said tract
of land from said Nancy, Daniel, Louisa, Elizabeth, Jeremiah,
and Cornelius, for which they have been fully paid�the parties
of the first part are desirous that Avery should have a good
Deed in fee simple�$2250 in hand paid to Samuel Murff, and
