Logan Man Convicted On Neglect Charge: Under Bond
Deliberating approximately one hour, Friday, a jury in common pleas court returned a verdict of guilty against Hubert Johnson, Logan, indicted by the January grand jury on a charge of neglect to provide.
Judge Harley M. Whitcraft ordered the defendant to pay the sum of $6 per week for the support of three minor children until further disposition is made. Johnson executed bond in the sum of $500.
