Note:   Her name is shown on her daughter Ann's death record as Donnelly and her husband's name as Logan, however, all other records, including records for the baptism of their children, Ann's maiden name (Ann the daughter's maiden name) is given as Donnelly. In light of that, I have assumed that it was correct when recorded by Ann and Thomas themselves, but accidentally switched in regards to the grandparents when recorded by one of their children on Ann's death.
