Notes
a. Note:   Zanoni married Esther after the death of first wife Estella Coy. Estella is believed to be the mother of Zanoni's only children, however, in the obituary of Estella and Zanoni's child Harold Boyden, it states that he was survived by a half sister named Abbie. Esther outlived Zanoni. Although their wedding certificate lists her name as Esther Purdy, there is a reference in the book "Early Years in Smyrna" on page 44 to Zanoni being married to Esther Hall and a relative of Esther's named Kathryn Hall (KHPBooks@aol.com) confirmed that her maiden name was Esther Hall and that she died in 1931. Presumably she had previously been married to a Purdy.
