a. Note:   He lived at 77 Thistle Street, Glasgow in 1904. There is considerable confusion about the surname. In all official records in Scotland I have found it as Glynn but descendants claim it was Glen and Thomas's wife's death certificate in the U.S. says "Glen" as well. According to an Assistant Inspector's Report from 8th December 1904 relating to a visit to Thomas Glynn, he is listed as having 4 children: Fanny 34, born at Dyer's Lane Glasgow widow brown 1 ch 315 Caledonia Rd c/o Mrs. Rainy [? hard to read] Robert 27 born 11-10-77 at Kent St Glasgow Bricklayer 426 Machieson St. 2 ch. James 13 born 3-1-91 at 56 So Shamrock St Glasgow John 6 born 25-5-98 at 77 Thistle St here Present Address since May 1898 Prior 32 Clelland St. Certified "Brights Disease"
