a. Note:   KEDDY, Ruth Iona - 83, East Dover, Halifax County, died September 10, 1993, in Victoria General Hospital. Born in Peggy's Cove, she was a daughter of the late Henry Mitchell and Susan (Garrison) Manuel. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Ruth (Mrs. Leslie Jennings), Herring Cove; son, Neil, Herring Cove; sister, Muriel, East Dover; five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William Arthur; son, Jerome; two brothers, Percy, Milford; three sisters, Dora, Lillias, Hilda. Cremation has taken place under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, Seabright. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. James Anglican Church, West Dover, Rev. Richard Walsh officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery. Donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church Cemetery Fund.
