Note:   FAHIE, Benjamin Charles - April 20, 1928 - December 27, 2007. Benjamin "Ben" Fahie, beloved husband of Fran of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2007, at the age of 79 years. Ben worked in the oil and gas industry for a number of years. He greatly enjoyed his hobby of woodworking. Besides his loving wife Fran, Ben is remembered by his sons, Dave (Cathy), Calgary; Sean, Calgary and Tom, London, Ont.; daughter, Kathy (Dave) Wasylyshen, Claresholm, Alta.; grandchildren, Daniel, Patricia, Jesse, Michael, Robyn, Rick and Kainan. He is also survived by his brothers, Frank (Gloria) Fahie and David (Vi) Fahie, all of Nova Scotia. Services were held in Calgary. In living memory of Ben Fahie, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McInnis & Holloway Funeral Homes, Park Memorial Chapel, 5008 Elbow Dr. S.W. Telephone: 403-243-8200.
