Note: MASON, Patricia Ann "Pat" - 65, Shad Bay, Halifax Co., passed away peacefully Thursday, July 17, 2003, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born September 24, 1937, in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Noah and Marguerite (Covey) Graves. Pat is survived by daughters, Janice (Jean) Lalancette, Lynda Mason (Paul), all of Prospect Bay; Kathleen (Brent) Nelson, Sackville; sons, Peter (Debbie), White's Lake; Matthew (Asiah), Columbia, Md.; Kevin (Joyce), Ottawa; 15 grandchildren; brothers, Johnny (Shirley), Halifax; Mike (Annette), Timberlea; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bob; son, Steven; sister, Elaine; grandson, Sam. Her remains are resting in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax, with visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Shad Bay, Archbishop Emeritus James Hayes officiating. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Shad Bay.
