Holland - The death occurred yesterday at the Halifax Infirmary of Charles F. Holland, 125 Windsor street, at the age of 80 years. He was in failing health for some time but only entered the Infirmary last week. Mr. Holland, who was well known in Halifax, had been superintendent of the Halifax Creamery for some 27 years. He was a member of St. Theresa's church and of the Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the Charitable Irish Society. Mr. Holland was born in Nova Scotia. He leaves his wife, one son George, one daughter, Mrs. J.A. Gillies, Charlottetown, and two brothers, Thomas and John, Vancouver. The body will rest at the Mattatal Funeral Home until 2 p.m. today. Funeral arrangements have not been completed [Reel 5730, pg. 5, May 28, 1943]
