a. Note:   DORIS IRENE WILTON Doris Irene Wilton (nee Fletcher), deal ly beloved wife of Bruce W. W i l t o n , of Calgary, passed away unexpectedly al the Foothills Hospital, Calgary on January 27, 198li, aged 36 years. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by three children, Stephen, Carolyn and Richard; her parents, Charles and Doris Fletcher of Winnipeg; twin sister Dianne and her husband Dr. John Hunchak of Pickering, Ont. and their three children, Cheryl, David and Lauren; brolhers, Walter Fletcher and wife Evelyn and their two children, Laura and .lames, Dr. David Fletcher and wife Nancy of Red Deer, Alia.; grieving in-laws, Shirley and Don Willon of Winnipeg; Frederick and Patricia Wilton of Winnip e g , B a r b a r a and Kenneth Stevens of Carman, Man., and their children, Teri-Lynn and Christopher, Elizabeth Wilton of Winnipeg and Margaret and Brianne Wilton of Edmonton. Doris Willon was born June 12, 1949 in Edmonton, Alia., moving to Winnipeg in 1957 wilh her family. Doris attended Brock Corydon, River Heights and Kelvin High Schools. She graduated from Ihe University of Manitoba in 1971 wilh a Bachelor of Nursing Degree with honours. Doris married Bruce Wilton in 1971 and moved to Sarnia for two years, returning lo Winnipeg in 1973. She instructed nursing at the Grace Hospital. She practised at Ihe St. Boniface and Victoria General Hospitals and Ihe Winnipeg Municipal Day Hospital unlil leaving Winnipeg for Calgary with her family in 19S5. Doris was active in her church work, taught Sunclay School and was currently leaching nursing part time at the University of Calgary. Doris was a devoted mother, loving wife and dear friend lo many. She will be sadly missed by all whu knew and loved her. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January :il ul 2:00 p.m. in Windsor Park United Church, 1002 Aulumnwood Dr., wilh the Rev. Waller Cowan officiating. Interment will follow in Glenlawn Memorial Gardens. Thomson Funeral Chapels in care of arrangements. Phone 783-7211. Winnipeg Free Press, January 29 1986, page 36
