Note: JOYCE IRENE WILTON (published on October 29, 2007) JOYCE IRENE WILTON (nee TOLTON) Peacefully Irene passed away on Friday, October 26, 2007 at the Boyne Lodge in Carman, Manitoba at the age of 82. She will be deeply missed by her husband Arklos; her daughters,Beverley (Richard) Boyd and children, Susanne and Bradley, Eileen (Robert) Roddy and children, Paul (Alicia) and great-grandson Kaelan; Mark (Jamie), Margaret (Scott) Hand, Diane (Neil) Hamilton and children,Carly and Kyle. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Ann Tolton.She was predeceased by an infant son Leslie Wilton, her parents, parents-in-law, her brothers Ronald and Floyd, sister-in-law and husband Mildred and Alex Matheson, brother-in-law and wife Donald and Shirley Wilton. Irene was born May 9, 1925, the daughter of Ewart and Grace Tolton of Otterburne, Manitoba. On November 3, 1945 she married Arklos Wilton of Roland, Manitoba and resided on the Wilton Family farm until their recent move to Carman. Irene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She cherished her family and her home. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Boyne Lodge for all their care and support. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Friends Community Church in Carman, MB, with Pastor Dale Warkentinofficiating. Interment will take place at the Fairview Cemetery, Roland. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Society, 204-825 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1M5, or to a charity of one's choice.
