Note: Marcia Blanchard Wilbur MARCIA BLANCHARD WILBUR WILBUR, Marcia Blanchard., passed away on March 9th, 2004 after a short battle with cancer. She spent the past 35 years in Orange County, residing in Orange, Anaheim Hills and most recently Laguna Niguel. Many knew her as a Law Professor, and later Dean, at Western State University until her retirement last year after 27 years. Her family knew her as caring and devoted mom. She is survived by her four children - Stan, Rick, Lori and Steve - and 11 grandchildren. She found lasting comfort in her recent conversion and baptism into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Memorial services will be on March 16th at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Yorba on 674 South Yorba and will be laid to rest at El Toro Memorial Cemetery.
