Ok, what relationship are we? I have tried to piece it together from the websit e you referenced. I found you, I think. I thought my great grandpa Dillon (Sq uire) was your grandpa's (Vincent) brother.WOW this gets confusing. I noti ced the info on my dad is not up to date. Who would I give that info to so th at it can be added to the website? Iam also trying to find out what I can a bout my grandfather (Lindel). He died when my father was 4 years old. I kno w he died at Athens Mental Hospital. My Aunt vaguely remembers him being tak en there by policeand then 3-4 months later he died. He died 6-11-1935. I have a phone number to the Ohio State Archives. Hopefully they can help me. Glad to hear you received the photo. The 2 people in the photo are my dad (yes, we've already commented that he lo oks like a girl) and my Aunt Edna (goes by Renie). Here is what I know. The re were 3 pictures taken the same day in the same location. One is Squire (D on and Renie's grandfather on their father's side) with Don and Renie Dillon. Don is3 years old and Renie is 5 years old. The second picture is Arabell a McComas (Don and Renie's grandmother on their mother's side). The third picture is Lindle, Mary (husband and wife) with Don and Renie. The date is 1 934. I'm guessing by the looks of the greenery and the flower that it's arou nd August. The other fact is Lindle Dillon was committed to Athens State Hos pital on Sep 1, 1934. He died in that hospital on June 11, 1935. These pict ures were probably taken just before he was committed.
