Note: Laura Williams, daughter of Jerome was born in Victoria, Knox County, Illinois in 1896. She was working for the post master in Sandwich, IL at time of marriage to Frank Henderson. They lived for a time with Frank's parents on their farm in Victor, DeKalb, IL. Apparently, Frank and Laura suffered during the depression, as their daughter Marion Henderson Davis, said that since Frank couldn't find work, they left Marion, her brother Bruce and sister Virginia with the Henderson elders for several years while they found work in other locations. Eventually, Frank went to work for the Burlington-Northern Railroad, where he eventually retired. At some point they moved to Aurora, IL. They lived on Titsworth Court on the East Side. Personal differences caused the break up of their marriage, and they were divorced after 26 years. Laura eventually moved to California.
