  1850 Joseph Haynie deeds to Green W. Haynie the NW 1/4 for 100.00.
  Green W. Haynie deeds to Evaline Haynie for 40.00 the NW 1/4. (It's signed by Ansel T. or F. Haynie, Wilkerson Haynie and Joseph H. Haynie. Filed in 1865.
  1856 Evaline Haynie and Wilkerson G. Haynie deeds to Ephraim F. Haynie for the sum of 300.00 the NW 1/4
  1857 Ephraim F. Haynie deeds to Houston Mitchell and Hamilton Mask for 400.00 the NW 1/4.
  1858 Edmund Taylor deeds to C.A. and J. Taylor a deed for timber for the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 and NE 1/4 and there is mention of erecting and running a steam sawmill, etc.
  Evaline Haynie sold to Henry Haynie for 250.00 the NW 1/4 in March 1866, but it wasn't filed until 1882. Thought that was odd.
  1867 The state of Mississippi purchased the MW 1/4 for unpaid taxes of 2.50.
