JULES (MARGARET) DEMENY Mrs. Jules (Margaret) Demeny, 83, 1256 Stuart St., died Saturday evening at her home. She was born May 28, 1903 in the Town of Pittsfield to Nickolas and Agnes (O'Brien) Terry. Mrs. Demeny was a member of SS. Peter and Pauls Parish. Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, David and Kate, Richard and Judy, Michael and Barbara, and William (Dan) and his fiance Mary Race, all of Green Bay; seven daughters and sons-in-law, June and James Paulson, Mrs. Francis (Dorothy) Oliver, and Mrs. Lloyd (Bernie) Steeno, all of Green Bay; Peggy Dymond, Jacksonville, Fla; Sue and John Paider, Denmark, Nancy and A. R. (Bubsy) Vieaux, Green Bay; Kitty and Gary Overdier, Germany; 53 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Arnold (Dorothy) Kuhn, Green Bay; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Henry Vander Velden, Mountain; Mrs. Evelyn Terry, Green Bay; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jules, in 1963; two infant sons, Larry and Jim; two sons, Jack in 1977, and Terrence in 1980; four brothers, James, Sherman, Norbert and Norman Terry; two sisters, Mrs. Loretta Manske and Mrs. Lorraine Blaser. Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., after 4 p.m. today. Rosary 8:15 p.m. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Earl Schuh officiating. Burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Senior Master Sgt. Gary Overdier will serve as honorary pallbearer. BROWN COUNTY WISCONSINLAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, MARGARET DEMENY, of the City of Green Bay, Brown County, Wisconsin, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills, bequests and devises by me made. I I hereby direst that all my just debts and expenses of last illness, funeral and administration be paid by my Personal Representative hereinafter named as soon after my death as may be convenient. II I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, equally, share and share alike, to my children who survive me. As of the date of this Will, my living children are: JUNE PAULSE, DOROTHY OLIVER, BERNADINE STEENO, MARGARET DYMOND, DAVID DEMENY, RICHARD DEMENY, MICHAEL DEMENY, SUZANNE PAIDER, NANCY VIEAUX, DANIEL DEMENY AND CATHERINE OVERDIER. III I intentionally make no provision for the issue of any of my deceased children or any issue of any of my children who may predecease me. IV I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, JUNE PAULSEN, to act as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament,and direct that she be allowed to act in said capacity without bond. In the event my said daughter, JUNE PAULSEN, is unable or unwilling to act in said capacity, I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter BERNADINE STEENO, to act as said Personal Representative, she also to act without bond.
