Notes: **More proof is needed in order to accept this as the correct census record. At this date (May 1987) it is the most likely entry. This was Mrs. Lester's therory also. The Joseph Bennett in St. Mary's Co. is too old. Mrs. Robitaille located the information on Joseph Bennett's place of birth and place of death. The "Index Of Will Books..." supports this death information. Excerpts from "Last Will of Joseph Bennett, deceased, registered Feb. 20th, 1846: "I, Joseph Bennett of the Township of Borough Beaver County and State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament....It is my will that and I do hereby will and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Easter all my estate, real personal and mixed that I own or am in any way entitled to, in Beaver County or elsewhere to be enjoyed by her- and for her comfortable support and maintainance during her natural life....And on the death of my said wife Easter the real property to vest in my heirs and to be equally divided by them....And further I do hereby constitute and appoint my son-in-law John Taylor to be my Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this last day of December Anno Domini 1845.
