The Following is a letter Kenneth Lynn SHUCK wrote re the GeneticKidney Disease:
"September 1988
Dear Judge,
I am requesting some information that the University of DenverMedical Hospital is concerned about, the genetic background of mygreat grandparents. They are concerned about inter-marriage that theirresearch teams think might be responsible for a kidney disease thatalready has caused the death of my two sisters and makes me greatlyconcerned about my children and their children.
I would appreciate a copy of: 1. Marriage Certificate of Orile SHUCK about 1890--Rawlins Co. RotateTownship.
2. Also: Death certificate of Oriles wife, name unknown, after Sep.1898 and before 1900.
3. Also: Death Certificate of Great Grandmother, Margaret, wife ofGeorge W. SHUCK who died after 1900 and before 1910.
Should you not have the information could you send me a list ofthe mortuaries that I could write for the death certificates shouldthey be available?
I would appreciate any and all information I can get as soon aspossible because my sisters son has been called in by the Hospitallater this month concerning this situation.

DEATH: Ken had attended a dinner at the Elks Lodge. He told friendshe was tired and was going home. This next day he was found deadseated in a chair in front of the TV set which was on.

"KENNETH LYNN SHUCK RETIRED TEACHER:
Kenneth Lynn Shuck, 71, passed away July 4 in Payson,Arizona. He was born 18 Mar. 1923 in Fairbury, NEB. had lived inArizona 32 years, and in Payson for the past ten years. He wasemployed from 1962 until retirement in 1984 as a teacher at MaryvaleHigh School. He was a member of F.P.O. Elks #2154 in Payson.
