  "Gilda Grace "GIl" Shuck, 64, of Payson, passed away 5 May in Payson,Arizona. Mes. Shuck was born in 1930, in Kanopolis, Kansas and movedto Phoenix, Arizona in 1963.
 She was the library and visual aids director at Payson Junior HighSchool when it was first built. Before moving to payson, Mrs. Shuckworked at Independence High school in Glendale, Arizona and alsoAlhambra High School in Phoenix. She was an artist, having worked inthe Phoenix Art Museum.
 For the past few years, Mrs. Shuck was better known as a metalsculptor. She especially6 enjoyed creating screen door art and saidher best materials came from early model car hoods. She was featuredin a Dec. 11, 1991 article in The Payson Roundup.
 Survivors include her husband Kenneth, sons Byron Flanders andShawn Flanders of Phoenix, and William Flanders of payson, brother JoeLee Wright of Ellsworth, Kansas, sister Delores Shively of Kanopolis,Kansas; mother Olga Wright of Kanopolis, Kansas and fivegrandchildren.
 No services are being held. Memorial contributions may be sent toRim County Hospice of Payson, P.O. Box 305, Payson, AZ 85547."
