a. Note:   of Uremia due to Arteriosclerosis. She became ill with Gall Stones in Dec 1928, the sickness lingered until the middle of Sept. 1929, when she
 suffered a stroke, which made her condition serious. She lost her
 eyesight, and after consulting several physicians she was placed under
 the care of Dr. Moe of Sioux Falls. She was taken to the hospital
 Wednesday, Nov 13, 1929 in order to give her the best care possible.
