In 1890 she is listed as 13 years old and resides in East Idaho.
In 1892 she is listed as 15 years old and resides in East Idaho.
In 1893 she is listed as 16 years old and resides in East Idaho.
In 1894 she is listed as 17 years old and resides in East Idaho.
In 1895 she is listed as 18 years old and resides in Grass Valley.
In 1896 she is listed as 19 years old and resides in Grass Valley.
(I take it that these are different areas of Idaho Springs, Colorado.)

"Died. At her home in East Idaho, on Saturday, January 6, 1900, Susan A. Coad, daughter of Thos. Coad, aged 21 years.
The funeral was held at the M. E. Church Tuesday afternoon, Rev. S. J. Rogers officiating, and was attended by many friends who testified to the worthy character of the young lady."
Note: Wanda Boddy - Kristenson said that Susan was never married.
