Note: He never married or had children. Mr. Cox was born November 8, 1907, in Gowrie, Ia., moving in 1911 to
Montrose with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. I.L. Cox. The family moved to
Madison in 1916. He was baptized in the Presbyerian church and was a
member of the Woodmen lodge. He had been a student in the Madison
high school. More recently he had been employed as a truck driver for
the Wenk Bros. Produce company.
