Note: Named after his grandfather lived in Middletown in 1926 1930 - age 25, lived at 201 Whitfield Street, Guilford, CT with wife Mildred, age 24. Rented for $25/month. Truck Driver at farm WARREN THOMPSON 31 Jul 1904 Jul 1983 12083 (Greenville, NY) 12083 (Greenville, NY) 042-09-5312 Connecticut (Before 1951) No Children by wife Mildred ***** Child by another woman: My name is Katherine Veilleux. I was born Katherine Elizabeth Kraik 02/20/63, alleged child of Elizabeth Gladys Kriak and Warren Thompson, both of who resided in Durham, CT in 1963. I believe Warren Thompson to have been my father based on info given by birth mother, timelines, and other information. I was taken by the state in 1967 and adopted in 1971 by Jan and Larry Dickey. We moved to Maine (their homestate) in 1973 where I have lived since. What has provoked my research is that my daughter is getting married and I think it only fair that she know her ancestory, especially since she is a cancer survivor. I would like to know more about my father and any existing family members. I can be reached at 207-314-1320. Thank you for any help that you can provide for me. My mother was a single woman of challenged intelligience in the 1960s. It is my understanding from her ( I have met her) and a neighbor (I found years ago) that my birth mother (no other good word to call her) became pregnant by Warren Thompson, married to a woman named Mildred, in 1962. I was born in Feb 63. According to my orginal birth certificate from the State of CT, my father's name was Warren Thompson and he was 61 years old when I was born. I also noticed on some of my research on Warren Thompson that he had one child "female unknown". I am assuming that that was me. I was taken by the state when I was four. Lived with a foster family in Guilford for 1 1/2 years, then went to a family that subsequently adopted me and my younger sister (different father) two years later. When I was ten, we moved to Maine where I have been ever since. My daughter, 25 y.o. is getting married in September and it made me feel that now was the time to get more info for her sake. That is what has provoked me to reach out. I'm in Baltimore right now attending a convention and will be back home in Maine Wed. evening. Hopefully I will get a chance to call you after I return home. I am very interested in any info you may have. I am most interested in finding a photo of Warren Thompson. 207-314-1320 My sister Susan and I lived with Rod and Carlene Leete on Corn Crib (?) hill. They were our foster family for a year 1/2 around 1967 to 1968 until Jan and Larry Dickey in Wallingford took us.
