Note: Per the obituary taken from the Courier Journal, Louisville, Kentucky Denzik, Mrs. Lillian Ruth, Lillie, (Nee Ford) passed away April 4, 1967, 1:50 p.m. in her 56th year at the family residence, 7411 Manslick rd., Beloved wife of Mr. Irvin Joseph Denzik; devoted daughter of Mrs. Viloa Self Ford, loving Mother of Messrs. Edward Irvin, Louis Eugene, and Jospeh Randell Denzik, and Mr. William Ford, step sister of Mrs. Geneva Patterson, 13 grandchildren. Mrs. Denzik is resting at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady and Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., where services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. by Rev. Robert B. Prentis, Pastor of the Kenwood Methodist Church, interment Louisville Memorial Gardens.
